ITINERARY

Please note, this is a suggested itinerary only and subject to change due to weather and other influencing factors.

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to the city of Skopje. Enjoy a welcome lunch at the traditional restaurant Dukat, followed by a short sightseeing tour through the capital. In the afternoon, you’ll settle into the charming Chateau Sopot Winery, where our team will provide a detailed safety and operational briefing. You’ll also explore the winery’s cellar and learn about their winemaking traditions. The evening ends with a five-course gourmet dinner perfectly paired with the estate’s finest wines.

After breakfast, our team introduces you to your horse and ensures the perfect match. Once comfortable in the saddle, you’ll begin your first scenic ride towards the village of Sirkovo. Along the way, enjoy a fruit and snack break with views of Mount Klepa. On arrival at a local homestead, join traditional workshops such as kneading Macedonian pie and preparing smoked pork. Dinner is a homemade feast, paired with a wine tasting led by a professional sommelier.

Today is the longest ride of the tour, leading you through ancient villages, open vineyards, and along Tikvesh Lake. A delicious lamb lunch awaits in Trstenik before continuing towards Dabnishte. By late afternoon, you’ll reach Villa Ruma, a charming guesthouse with a swimming pool where you can unwind. Dinner features fresh fish from Tikvesh Lake, paired with exquisite wines from Dane Hermes Winery.

The journey continues across the Vitacevo plateau, where you’ll pause for coffee and fruits outdoors. Arrive at the Kavadarci Wine Museum to rest your horses and enjoy lunch with a guided presentation on the region’s winemaking history. In the evening, you’ll stay at Popovi Wine Cellar, ending the day with a five-course degustation dinner paired with their award-winning wines.

Gallop through Dolni Disan’s iconic vineyards, known for the famous Vranec grape. Stop at Lepovo Winery for a wine tasting and lunch before continuing to the Arabeska Family Winery in Sopot. After freshening up, you’ll visit the cellar for a presentation and end the day with a family-style dinner, paired with Arabeska’s finest wines.

Start the morning with a fascinating visit to Naumov Bee Farm, dressing in protective suits to learn about honey production. Back in the saddle, you’ll ride to Palikura, home to organic farmer Dragan Manev. Here, take part in workshops making ajvar and čvarci before enjoying a homemade lunch in his garden. The day concludes at Lazar Winery, with a guided cellar tour and a five-course wine-paired dinner.

On your final riding day, journey across wide open spaces and visit the Stobi Archaeological Site for a private guided presentation. Later, you’ll stop in the village of Čičevo for an organic farm lunch before returning your horses. The grand finale awaits at Kamnik Winery, where you’ll enjoy a vineyard tour and a luxurious five-course wine degustation dinner, followed by an overnight stay in their boutique hotel.

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport according to your flight schedule (just 15 minutes from Kamnik Winery).

Payment Conditions:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance should be arranged according to your own payment plan and submitted to us for approval.
  • The full payment must be completed no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
